Virginia Class A General Contractor - RBC & CBC Specialty

Class A is Virginia's highest contractor class, with no limit on project value. With both CBC and RBC classifications, LASTOP Builder can bid on, build, or modify commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential projects of any size. License No. 2705196953.

Georgia Unlimited Commercial General Contractor

An unlimited license carries no cap on project size, unlike limited-tier licenses. Charlie Hong holds it as Qualifying Agent, which requires passing the NASCLA commercial trades exam and the Georgia Business Law exam. License No. GCCO008960.

NYC Construction Superintendent License (2008 - 2023)

On major construction work, New York City holds a named individual, not the company, responsible for code compliance and site safety. The registration requires documented supervisory experience and a Department-approved 40-hour site safety course. Charlie Hong held it from 2008 to 2023. Registration No. 21682.

Alabama State General Contractor License

The State Licensing Board assigns this license after a CPA-verified financial review, trade and business examinations, and three references from licensed contractors, architects, or engineers. The Board sets the bid limit, not the contractor. LASTOP Builder holds Classification BC, Building Construction, with a Board-assigned bid limit of $3,000,000. License No. 69680.

New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor Registration

New Jersey regulates the two sides separately. Residential work requires Home Improvement Contractor registration with the Division of Consumer Affairs, backed by at least $500,000 of general liability coverage. Commercial work has no statewide general contractor license at all; it is permitted locally under the Uniform Construction Code. LASTOP Builder is registered, No. 13VH14049200.
